Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan mentioned in his today's extraordinary session that interest rates will unprecedentedly be reduced, and currently mortgage programs have such low interest rates and such programs are being implemented (it's about mortgages and income tax benefits) which are provided with actual zero interest rate to citizens and added that the banking system gradually makes it more accessible and affordable for citizens to get loans, we should do everything possible to provide people with jobs, so that these programs will be available to a wider layers of public.
