The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will close 5 of its 7 representative offices in Russia in 2018. This was reported by Anton Usov, EBRD Senior Advisor in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus.

"Since the summer of 2014 the bank has not made active investments in Russia, it has been decided to close a number of offices," he said.

In particular, according to him, the offices of EBRD in Yekaterinburg, Rostov, Vladivostok and Samara will be closed in 2018.
