Yandex.Taxi and Uber have completed the transaction on uniting in Russia and neighboring countries, Interfax reports referring to Yandex.

At the end of the transaction, Uber and Yandex.Taksi were invested $ 225 million and $ 100 million respectively. Taking into account the investments, the company's balance at the moment is $ 400 million, "Yandex said.

The joint business is estimated at more than $ 3.8 billion.

The unified company will operate in Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia and Kazakhstan. It also includes UberEATS service in the above-mentioned countries.
