Qiwi payment service has failed in its work, Qiwi Russia reports on its "Vkontakte" social network.

The reasons are still not officially reported.

According to TJournal, quoting the company's source, Qiwi's mail has received more than 500 written complaints, and more than a thousand people have reported on the problem through a phone call. They complained that they couldn't activate and pay for services through Qiwi.
