Iran has signed an agreement with the Chinese company to build a railroad, which will link the Bushehr port to the country's rail network, Iranian RIA Novosti reported.

Under the agreement, which costs $ 700 million, it is planned to build a 250-kilometer railway line connecting the port Bushehr of Persian Gulf with the city of Shiraz in the central part of the country.

According to the Iranian Deputy Minister, the construction of the Shiraz-Bushehr railway line is one of the seven priority projects in the field of railway communication.
