
Trade turnover between the Eurasian Economic Union (EEC) countries increased by 30 percent in 2017, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said in an interview to Russian First Channel, TASS reports.
"Trade between the EEU member-states is growing, last year the growth was about 30%, the trade turnover of Kazakhstan with EEU countries increased by 29%, with Russia more than 30%," he said.
The head of Kazakhstan reminded that in 2019 a common energy market of EEU countries will be created. "We have created a common market for goods, capital and labor. As regards energy and oil integration, from 2019, a common energy market will be established, oil and gas markets starting from 2025. In reality, all this gradually develops, "Nazarbaev noted.
