Deutsche Bank is looking for an executive director, who will substitute John Kraain, reports The Times.

According to the magazine, the concern has considered the candidacy of the head of the European branch of Goldman Sachs, Richard Godde, who rejected the offer. The Deutsche Bank press service did not comment on this message.

57-year-old John Kraain has been heading Deutsche Bank since 2015. But the investors were disappointed with the slow pace of progress.

On March 20 the board of the bank announced 12% loss of assets. At the beginning of the month, securities in the Dax index recorded a 30% decline.
