The US federal court has approved the deal of buying Time Warner by AT & T for $ 85 billion, reports Reuters.

The merger was approved without any conditions. The judge decided that the unification of two companies did not violate US anti-monopoly legislation.

The Ministry of Justice of the country emphasized that they were disappointed by the verdict and "further steps are being taken".

In the framework of the deal, the US Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit in November of last year for violations of anti-monopoly legislation.
