"Otkritie" does not fulfill its obligations, whose group has agreed to fulfil while concluding a deal with Rosgosstrakh. The former head of Rosgosstrakh, Danil Khachaturov, stated at a news conference in Moscow.

"The allegations that we have left something undone, have not provided anything, are groundless. We gave everything, what we could at the end of 2016, what then belonged to me, everything was transferred to the "Otkritie" group, "Interfax quoted Khachaturov's words.

He added that the group not only does not fulfill its obligations but also does not want to negotiate.

"They are negotiating with us through the media. It's suspicious. I don't mention about the criminal case," said Khachaturov.

"Rosgosstrakh" moved from Daniel Khochaturov to the "Otkritie" group in 2017. It was supposed that Khachatur would receive a certain package in a single structure, but he has not received any shares yet.
