"Alfa-Bank" has tested a blockchain data exchange platform for corporate clients. About 40 organizations have been involved which are members of R3 blockchain consortium. RNS reports citing Alfa-Bank press service.

Alfa-Bank, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, UBS, Societe Generale and ING, as well as Peru and Columbia Central Banks are among the participants of the exchange.

Alfa-Bank believes that the platform will reduce the operating costs of the banks as they will be able to apply to the results of previous checks by other participants in the system.
