The Ukrainian budget has been left without grivnas. As reported by the State Treasury, at the beginning of August there is less than 2 billion grivnas in the treasury account, whereas annual expenses are estimated at a trillion grivnas.

If Ukraine does not resolve the problem of deficit, it cannot hope that it will receive another loan from the IMF, Strana.ua writes.

Nevertheless, negotiations with the IMF continue for the next loan. Acting Ukrainian Finance Minister Oksana Markarova is convinced that the issue of lending will soon be resolved positively.
