European Commission intends to recall lawsuits against Ireland, as Dublin has collected taxes and interests for 14.3 billion euros from Apple, EU Commissioner for Competition Margaret Vestager said.

"Irish Finance Minister Pascal Donohu has confirmed the full compensation of 14 billion euros for unpaid taxes paid by Apple. Thus, they can close the lawsuit on compensation, "wrote Vestager on Twitter.

The Irish government has charged 13.1 billion euros from the American technology as an unpaid tax and 1.2 billion euros as an interests.
