Trade war and international geopolitical tensions will be the main threats to the global economy in 2019, according to a report by experts at the World Economic Forum.

According to scientists, economists and government officials who will take part in the forum, international trade is turning from a means of extracting mutual benefits into a “tool of strategic competition”. The coming months will be crucial for its future, says Forum President Borge Brende.

Cyber ​​attacks and climate change have also been highlighted among global economic issues. According to the authors, global growth is at its peak and may soon slow down.
