If the project “Dogs at work” is successful, it will be extended to other departments.

The management of the bank believes that the presence of quadrupeds reduces stress and improves the mood of employees, as well as promotes socialization and increases empathy.

It is forbidden to bring animals under the age of eight months into the office. A special room is equipped for dogs with all the amenities. For those who come to work with a dog, a number of rules are prescribed, and a separate elevator is allocated to avoid inconveniences for those who are afraid of animals.
